Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns
- Customers have the right to return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received.
- A restocking fee equivalent to the return shipping costs will apply for non quality-related returns.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.
Refund for Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at

- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos documenting the problem.
- In such cases, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if applicable.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take up to 48 hours for the funds to be credited by your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions
- Refunds are not available for products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
