How To Pair The Remote 🛜
Simple Step-by-Step Guide for Remote Pairing for HYDRO-X PRO
SWITCH ON THE UNIT
Before the remote pairing sequence, ensure the unit is switched on and the panel lights are active & Remote is fully charged
Before the remote pairing sequence, ensure the unit is switched on and the panel lights are active & Remote is fully charged
START THE PAIRING SEQUENCE
Hold down both pressure adjustment buttons simultaneously (for 10–15 seconds) until the lights above the buttons start to flash.
PAIR THE REMOTE
Sync the Remote: Repeat the same process on the remote control panel, then wait about 3–5 seconds until the pressure level light becomes steady.
TEST
Confirm Connection:Press the pressure level keys on the remote transmitter. Note whether the pressure level lights on the unit's control panel match and are synchronized. If so, the remote and unit are successfully paired.
If the pairing is not successful the first time, repeat the process. For ongoing issues, please contact our support team.
Electronic Hose Reel Not Working Or Slow ?⚠️
Simple Step-by-Step Guide for Electronic Hose Reel
THE PRO-RETRACT PROTOCOL
⚠️IMPORTANT:Before you hit that retract button, follow this quick pressure relief step to ensure your automatic hose reel stays in peak condition:
- Power Down: Use the remote to switch off the machine.
- Bleed the Line: Squeeze the handle trigger until the water stops flowing. This releases the internal pressure from the 30m high-pressure hose, allowing it to retract smoothly and safely without straining the motor.
TEST IT!
With the pressure released, simply press the button. The Hydro X Pro’s internal motor takes over, winding the line back into its protective housing in seconds.
HOSE REEL NOT WORKING?
Is your Hydro X Pro making noise but the hose isn't moving? If the motor is running but the 30m hose is winding in slowly- or not at all- don't panic. This is a common sign of back-pressure buildup.
The Cause: Trapped Pressure
If you tried to use the automatic retraction without "bleeding the line" first, the internal pressure makes the hose stiff and expanded. This creates too much friction for the motor to pull the hose back into the housing.
THE FIX: The "Full Reset" Method
Follow these steps to recalibrate your automatic hose reel and get it back to peak performance:
- Pull It All Out: Manually pull the entire 30-meter high-pressure hose out until it is fully extended.
- Release the Pressure: With the machine turned OFF, squeeze the trigger on your spray handle to release the pressure
- Check for Kinks: Ensure the hose is laying flat on the ground without any loops or tangles.
- Engage Retraction: Now, press the retract button. With the internal pressure gone, the hose will be flexible again, allowing the motor to wind it back in smoothly.
⚠️ Prevention Tip:To avoid this in the future, always make it a habit to turn off the power and squeeze the trigger before hitting the retract button. This keeps your motor healthy and your cleanup effortless!
